Hi Doc!
Wow, I wish I were located within a few miles of Dr. Tea's. I REALLY want to go to one of your tea tastings or just check out the store in general. If I'm ever in that part of CA I'll absolutely have to drop by.
TANGENT: Trying to get back off the coffee. It's just not good for me. I've been drinking as many as four cups a day...bad...my caffiene addiciton is the worst it's ever been. I had switched exclusively to tea for a while, but then I somehow got back on the coffee. I hope that eventually I can get to the point where the only time I'll have coffee is when I go for a coffee shop latte as a monthly treat. Maybe I should ease myself off the coffee and give away my coffeemaker. I know a woman who manages an apartment complex and is always looking for coffeepots in good condition to give to her tenants. So if I decide to cut the coffee for good, she'll be gettting the coffeemaker.

Don't know where else to put this question that has nothing to do with your original post. Will the teacup contest you had last year be an annual thing? I would love to enter this year if you're having one.
 

Katherine...I do highly recommend our Espresso Oolong! Also, the tea cup design contest will start anew this year! Stay tuned! :)
 

Thanks for the tip! How would you recommend using the espresso oolong to make a "latTea"? Does one just brew the espresso oolong very strong, and then add steamed milk and the flavorings of choice? My favorite things to put in coffee lattes are vanilla extract and fresh-ground nutmeg. I love steamed milk stuff so much that I am actually considering purchasing a low-end espresso machine just for the milk steamer, LOL.
